Seems like every time something 'fishy' is going to take place, there is a major distraction staged elsewhere- so we don't notice what may be really going on.
Is this another one of those scenarios?
There is a lot of attention being drawn to some flake Gov. in Wisconsin....so what is actually happening elsewhere- while we are not looking?
Please be diligent, and remember that these 'people' OFTEN employ just such a tactic, so they can do some bizarre thing while everyone's attention is focused elsewhere....
